strawberry smoothie
Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
* 2 frozen bananas
* 1 - 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
* 2 TBSP raw cashews
* 4 dates to sweeten
Description Delightfully quick and refreshing. Makes a delicious breakfast on the run.
Instructions:
1. Blend pineapple juice, cashews, dates.
2. Add frozen banana and strawberry and blend.
3. Pour into large glass and enjoy with a spoon or straw.
Note Variations: The choices are limitless, be creative!

* 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
* 1/8 cup pitted dates
* 2 cups frozen mango pulp
Description: Yummy, nutritious and refreshing!
Instructions
1. Squeeze oranges to make orange juice.
2. In blender, blend orange juice with dates until creamy.
3. Add frozen mango and blend until smooth.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Note Variation: You can add 1-2 tablespoons of raw cashew butter for a creamier and richer texture.
