Chirping of birds onthe blue summer morning
When the sun was claiming over its horizon
Beside the pond laid a big willow tree
Beneath the tree, sight of two children play
Boy may be 6 and curled hair girl of 5
Seeing them working together like the crew
All looked so magnificent from my window pane
In a cool chilly morning, they were out for play
Not a day I would have missed them play
Beside my table, back rested on chair, completely draped
Their innocent beauty of love made me glad
Beauty of willow began to fade with the touch of winter
All the lovely leaves of faith began to fall
As usual, I went to my chair agog for the game
Aghast! I found them absent on that day
I was out and investigated like the cobs
09:00, I still remember the time
The sight was painful, never had I imagined
Boy and the girl held their hand till the end
But crushed by the mighty dad and yet puled apart
I stood sad, tears nailed down my cheeks
