START YOUR DAY WITH A GLASS OF WATER.
HAVE EIGHT BANNANA FOR THE DAY FOUR GLASS OF MILK AND COOKED VEGITABLE WITHOUT OIL....
DAY FOUR:

TODAY YOU CAN HAVE A BOWL OF RICE AND NORMAL FOOD YOU TAKE BUT LESS IN QUANTITY NO JUNK FOOD PLEASE!!!!!

FRUITS ,VEGETABLE , EGG WHITE, OATS COMBINATION OF ALL THESE THROUGH OUT THE DAY....
DAY SIX:

YOU CAN HAVE COOKED CHICKEN WITHOUT OIL ........... ANY FOOD ITEM CONTAINING WHEAT , ALSO SALADS SHOULD BE INCLUDED NO FILLERS TO IT VEGETABLES PREFFERED....
DAY SEVEN:
START YOUR DAY WITH A GLASS OF WATER
TODAY IS THE DAY OF REST .... YOU CAN HAVE ANY FOOD ITEM HIGH IN FIBRE ,LESS OIL AND ALSO LESS IN QUANTITY
NOTE :EACH DAY YOU HAVE TO TAKE EIGHT GLASS OF WATER
