DIETS FOR EACH DAY

 


DAY ONE :


START YOUR DAY WITH A GLASS OF WATER ,


YOU SHOULD HAVE ONLY FRUITS FOR THE WHOLE  DAY  AND DRINK EIGHT GLASS OF WATER FOR THE DAY (REMINDER)YOU CAN TAKE FRUITS TILL YOU FEEL FULL BUT EXCLUDE PLANTEN....


DAY TWO:


START YOUR DAY WITH A GLASS OF WATER.


YOU CAN HAVE COMBINATION OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES COOKED OR UN- COOKED  FOR THE DAY YOU CAN CONSUME TILL YOU FEEL FULL


DAY THREE:


START YOUR DAY WITH A GLASS OF WATER.


HAVE  EIGHT  BANNANA FOR THE DAY  FOUR GLASS OF MILK  AND   COOKED VEGITABLE WITHOUT OIL....


DAY FOUR:


START YOUR DAY WITH A GLASS OF WATER


TODAY YOU CAN HAVE A BOWL OF RICE AND NORMAL FOOD YOU TAKE  BUT LESS IN QUANTITY  NO JUNK FOOD PLEASE!!!!!


DAY FIVE:


START YOUR DAY WITH A GLASS OF WATER


FRUITS ,VEGETABLE , EGG WHITE, OATS  COMBINATION OF ALL THESE THROUGH OUT THE DAY....


DAY SIX:


START YOUR DAY WITH A GLASS OF WATER


YOU CAN HAVE COOKED CHICKEN WITHOUT OIL ........... ANY FOOD ITEM CONTAINING WHEAT , ALSO SALADS SHOULD BE INCLUDED NO FILLERS TO IT VEGETABLES PREFFERED....


DAY SEVEN:


START YOUR DAY WITH A GLASS OF WATER


TODAY IS THE DAY OF REST .... YOU CAN HAVE ANY FOOD ITEM  HIGH IN FIBRE  ,LESS OIL AND ALSO LESS IN QUANTITY


NOTE :EACH DAY YOU HAVE TO TAKE EIGHT GLASS OF WATER


THIS DIET WOULD NOT ONLY HELP IN REDUCING YOUR WEIGHT FOR SURE BUT ALSO HELPS IMMENSLY IN  CLEANING YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.........
