The first step would be to decorate the venue (home or school classroom) is a way that it makes the kids happy and spirited. The best way to do so would be by adoring the place with balloons, streamers, confetti, soft toys, etc. This would not make the atmosphere lively, but also go a long way in alluring the kids.
