Quick And Easy Recipe


Things You'll Need:


 



  • 1 1/2 cups of diced chicken, lean pork or beef,1 Can of bean sprouts, drained, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup chopped celery, 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup of hot water, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.

  • For the Thickening sauce you will need- 1/3 cup cold water, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tsp. of soy sauce and 1 tsp. of sugar


 


Instructions:


 




  1. Began by browning the meat of your choice lightly in a skillet with 1/4 cup of butter. Add onions and fry for 5 minutes.




  2. Add celery, salt, pepper and hot water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add drained bean sprouts. Simmer until ingredients are tender (1/2 hour).



  3. Add thickening ingredients. Stir slightly and cook 5 minutes. Serve hot over chinese noodles or white rice.
