I don't know when this toolbar installed on my computer, but I really do not need it for I have Yahoo! Toolbar and love it so much. Considering that, this unwanted program will only take the PC space, it becomes my top priority to uninstall it from my computer. After searching the internet, I found that no matter the Dogpile is installed for the IE or Firefox, we can normally uninstall the Ask toolbar with the two methods below:

Method one: Uninstall Ask toolbar from Add/remove Programs

1) Go to Start and then Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs

2) Find/ highlight Ask toolbar in the dropdown list and the click Remove/Change button to begin the removal.

3) Follow the on-Screen prompts to finish the removal.

Method two: Uninstall it with its packaged uninstaller

To accomplish this method, what we need to do is going to Start -> All Programs -> Ask toolbar -> Uninstall to uninstall it from the computer.

By the way, if the toolbar is installed for Firefox, we can also follow the steps above to uninstall it from the computer: click Tools => Add-Ons => Ask toolbar and then uninstall it. But most of the time, it is necessary for users to manually delete some associated entries after the above methods above. So to make sure that all users can easily uninstall this toolbar easily, it is appreciated to uninstall it with a professional uninstaller.
