Lemon is a well known citrus food which is available in almost every part of the world. It is found in different colors and as well as in different shapes and sizes. They are also different to taste. Though they have different test and smell but their nutritional value is almost the same and plays a great role in detoxifying the human body. They are known as eureka, lisbon, verna, bush lemon and many more. Whatever their name may be, but they should have a common name - ‘the warrior’ as they fight against harmful diseases and guards our health.


 


 


One can get 14 mg of vitamin C from two table spoons full of lemon juice which proves that they are a great source of this vitamin. This fruit also contains calcium, copper, vitamin B6, niacin and thiamin. One lemon provides 3% to 4% of iron, riboflavin, potassium and magnesium of daily needs. It is a complete food full of all kinds of nutrients like, protein, carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals. What you will not get from it is all kinds of fat, cholesterol and sugar.


 


 


Other than its nutritional value lemons are the most effective antioxidants found in nature. They have some properties that fight with against free radicals and detoxify the body. Researchers also proves that they protect our body from harmful elements and as well as cancer cells as because with they help of lots of minerals and vitamin C they play a great role in increasing and developing the immune system of the body. That toxic crux of the matter we gain after different reaction that taken place inside of our body, gathered inside the cell. It can be removed by the nutrients of lemon. They also deduct fat from the body and removes toxins from the liver.
