Education process:
Education is a process by which a person is enlightened and can face the world filled with various kinds of problems. In fact it is a process which helps the mind to seek problems as opportunities in disguise. It helps in many ways.

Creating enabling agents
Student is made to undergo various strains and problems in the process. It creates the need, desperation in the mind to solve the problems. It becomes the uttermost necessity and which is the mother of inventions of all kinds. Solving one problem encourages solving another problems. In this ways it enables the student to discover himself. It enables the students to expand beyond the horizons where sky becomes the limit.

Creating cultural systems and architecture
Students need to understand society and neighborhood values. In the education systems, they learn to cooperate as classmates, they start giving emphasis to class friends. They begin to learn why they need to respect others maybe below their age or of their age or above their age. In doing so they learn the basic values of a culture (way of living) and they start adopting these values as best they can. In this way they build the architecture of good values and protect them.

Creating systems and processes
By understanding one’s own strengths, understanding values it forces the students to build the systems and new processes .These may work or may not work but the courage to take up the point of creation is always imbedded in the human nature and education brings it out, just like manifestation of perfection.

Career counseling
Career is path which a student has chosen or planned to follow for his life time. This path can keep static or dynamic in nature. Later they become static. The dynamic nature is attributed to the incomplete decisions made by the person or student. In order to know the path carefully proper planning is must and an essential step for every student. Career guidance or career counseling is not single task but a multiple task outcome which is should be taken by the student to plan the career ahead carefully. It can be achieved by taking up the following tasks

Arrangement of technical events
Students are required to arrange technical events which include quiz, model presentations, paper presentation, poster presentation, etc. This also includes meeting and arranging the high end professionals to attend the events and listen to their talk. Arranging the events will help in identifying the individuals on basis of their managerial skills by these professionals on the spot. This can help in bring the communication and in the process can help in acquiring projects or jobs itself.

Guest lectures
Students should become the part of guest lecture which are conducted by the college. Guest lecture are given by professionals and scientists. The students get a chance to interact with the guest both on the public scale and as well as private scale which will be impossible to have on normal days. The ideas of the many people can be overheard and this brings the proper and precise interest in minds of the students. It directly leads to the path of a good career which deals with satisfaction in the end. Apart from the subject, virtues of the great personalities can be revealed.

Attending technical events
This involves meeting the people of another college. This helps in communication between colleges of same courses. This also helps in different ways where we also have a chance to meet the professionals, scientists and listen to their lectures.
Educational, Industrial and Other Tours
Participation of tours helps in expansion of experience at level of the industrial and scientific level. By taking these types of tours students realizes the importance of commercial point of the industries and the scientific labs. It also helps in come in contact with various individuals at various levels and the core requirements needed by these people to the upcoming students. By knowing them, they can reflect on these requirements and work to achieving them.

Attending conferences and workshops
Conference and workshops provide a different kind of opportunities. In conference, students are addressed by more than one speaker. It becomes a podium of discussion of a single topic in different views. Workshops on the other hand provide the opportunity to improve the technical skills of the students.
Generating, Sharing and accessing the databases
Databases help the students in accessing the information upon the different alumni working in the different places and contact them to know about the places as well as their valuable suggestions. One can also access the databases on know the existing students working on projects at different renowned institutes.

Student assignments
Assignments help the students in bring their skills out and thereby helping the students to be prepared for further tasks. In fact, they become an opportunity to research on a single topic as deep as possible which is not possible in normal study times.

Students can form different clubs depending upon the exams that are needed to be taken to proceed to further levels of the studies. The students can organize the lectures on their own by diving the vast syllabus into pieces and discuss the topic rather than the lecture. They can also call faculty to help on certain topics.
Interdisciplinary projects

Students as student mentors of their classes can help the fellow students to give suggestions and guide them. They can take up many activities that can benefit many students.
