Megan Fox never seemed to go through an akward teenage stage. At least that is what it looks like in these Megan Fox High School Pictures. Megan Fox looked fantastic even in high school.

Of course, the Megan Fox we see today is much more polished and probably hotter. She has supposedly had some plastic surgery.

There are reports that Megan Fox has had a nose job, breast implants, and her lips done.  At least I can still recognize Megan Fox even in her high school picture. 

In other Megan Fox news, the hot actress appeared in a 2010 Super Bowl commercial for Motorola. Megan Fox had to have a thumb double in that commercial. Her thumb may just be her next round of surgery.
